1. The guarantee
If you purchase a monthly subscription and decide it is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
2. How to request a refund
Email marinaberthmanagerpro@gmail.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject line “Refund request”. Include your name and the approximate date of purchase so we can locate your order. You may also request a refund directly through Paddle, our payment provider, using the receipt they emailed you.
3. How refunds are processed
Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
4. Monthly subscriptions
- You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current paid month.
- Within the first 14 days, you can request a full refund of your most recent payment.
- After cancellation, you will not be charged again, and renewal payments already made for past months are non-refundable beyond the 14-day window.
5. Exceptions
We may decline a refund where there is clear evidence of abuse of the refund policy (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund cycles). Statutory consumer rights in your country always apply in addition to this policy.
